BAR HARBOR—On Saturday, November 30, at approximately 11:42 p.m., according to Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Police Department’s weekly press release, following a traffic stop in Bar Harbor by Officer Lukas Keene, Raymond Robledo, 56, of Franklin, was arrested for alleged operating under the influence.
