Carrie, thank you for such complete and up-to-date information. It still amazes me that with so many needs in the budget, that the cruise ship revenue is even something that is not "Welcomed with Open Arms". (especially since last year's changes made by the Cruise Ship Committee resulted in so much more positive results on the entire Island) Not sure how this small community of limited businesses that actually pay taxes and the small number of homeowners can consume these types budget increases and rightful needs of the town.
