BAR HARBOR—On Monday, February 26, Stephen Mitchell, 76, of Bar Harbor was driving a 2021 GMC Canyon at Ells Pier in Bar Harbor and was attempting to go around a 2013 Peterbilt 386 that was being operated by Douglas Sargent, 46, of Hancock.
