If you are a CD2 voter, then please contact Rep. Jared Golden. Golden has always made

'Vote Blue No Matter Who' a challenge. But Golden has also kept the CD2 seat in the Democratic column - and the only Democrat to do so in a district which has gone big for Trump, twice. With winning a Democratic majority in the House being a top priority, we need to reelect Golden. (Must I say, helping elect the Republican would be worse on every issue?)

That said, Golden's stance on offensive military aid to the Netanyahu regime is pure AIPAC. Golden even opposes Pres. Biden's pause on offensive aid (including 2000 pound bombs which both our military and the Israeli military say are inappropriate to the situation.) And Golden chooses not to believe even our State Department and Department of Defense critical analyses of IDF actions.

I have been complaining about support for the Netanyahu regimes for decades. I have been complaining to Golden's office and campaign about his AIPAC boilerplate statements on Gaza. It was not until this week that I heard on NPR that Golden gets a lot of money from AIPAC. So please join me in trying to educate Rep. Jared Golden. Because we do have to reelect him.

I suggest checking out the Haaretz website and sending Golden information right from Israel, from those pushing back against the Netanyahu regime.

I cannot agree at all with the pro-Palestinian marchers. The people of Palestine elected Hamas as their leaders in 2007; Hamas’ only goal is the genocide of the Jewish people and the destruction of Israel. Shame on you all.

As an American Jew and Zionist, I strongly disagree with your assertions. The relationship between Hamas and the Netanyahu regime is very complicated - before Oct 7, Netanyahu thought by helping strengthen Hamas he could both weaken the Palestinian Authority and make a better case for military aid to Israel. Another disastrous Netanyahu strategy. The Netanyahu coalition has proven to be the greatest threat to Israel. Hamas does not limit its terrorist activities to Israel, it also terrorizes Palestinians. You ought not pretend that there are free elections for Palestinians in Gaza.

More importantly, these are not simply 'pro Palestinian' protests. They are protests for a ceasefire. Which would be in everyone's best interest. To save Palestinian lives and to save Israelis from the fall out of the worst impulses of its worst leaders.
